AIA One will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within estimated timelines; however, delays caused by third-party platforms, approval processes, or incomplete client communication are not our responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All website designs, applications, creatives, content, source code, marketing materials, and digital assets created by AIA One remain the property of the client only after full and final payment is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AIA One reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
Third-Party Platforms
Some services may involve third-party platforms including:

- SMS gateways
- Hosting providers
- Payment gateways
AIA One is not responsible for policy changes, downtime, account suspension, ad disapproval, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
